At Kids in Motion we offer four different size parties.  We offer small scale to top end to suit your needs … and still there is zero set up and clean up!

Our express parties are for pre-schoolers and run each day of the working week. Your kids will come leaping into the studio in the middle of the day for a 60 minute actioned-packed workout. These parties are tailored to those with a lot on their plate, so you can get in and out and over and done quickly. A 55 minute tailored program followed by 5 minutes of singing and handing out the cupcakes as the kids leave.

Our Friday afternoon parties remain 90 minutes in duration, have exclusive use of the facility, catering is available for both the kids and adults and all kids receive a Kids in Motion wristband. The birthday child will be leaving with a t-shirt and cap.

Package 1: “Pre-schoolers” Party Package

These parties are designed for kinder-aged children to come in and celebrate with either 10, 16 or 20 friends.  The party will go for 60 minutes allowing a full hour for the kids to bounce, climb and jump around the studio.  Exclusive use of the gym can not be guaranteed for these midday parties.  At the end of the gym session each child will leave with a cupcake after singing happy birthday to the child of the moment.  No catering (kids or adults) will be available for these parties.  The cost is $25 per child, with bookings of 10, 16 or 20 kids only please.

Package 2: “A Little is Enough” Party Package

Make it personable and cosy, keep it understated. We know you’re cool already, keep it small and invite up to 10 children to your shin-dig this year. Get in fast, play non-stop for 90 minutes and head back home or to your favourite restaurant to finish up and fill those hungry bellies and enjoy some cake. This party is an activity only party. No catering is available or open to the event. One trainer will be on hand to run the party. Package cost $250 for 10 kids.

Package 3: “Easy Street” Party Package

The next step up is a party with a few more of your ‘closest’ friends. It’s easy street as we take care of everything, from the activities to the catering, to the cake, to the party food. Invite up to 16 friends and get the party started. There will be two trainers on hand to challenge the kids and move them between the rock wall, the tramp and the pit. 10 -15 minutes (depending on age) is left at the end for food and celebrations. 16 party boxes will be on hand to share among the guests and these are filled with bottled water, sausage roll , fruit cone, savoury muffin and a choc-chip cookie. Package cost $640 for 16 kids.

Package 4: “Just Like Paradise” Party Package

Is 16 too few but 24 too many? Then settle for package 4. Again we take care of everything, from the activities to the catering, to the cake, to the party food. Invite up to 20 friends and get the party started. There will be two trainers on hand to challenge the kids and move them between the rockwall, the tramp and the pit. 10 -15 minutes (depending on age) is left at the end for food and celebrations. 20 party boxes will be on hand to share among the guests and these are filled with bottled water,  sausage roll , fruit cone, savoury muffin and a choc-chip cookie. Package cost $800 for 20 kids.

What can you expect?

The process of choosing and booking a birthday party has never been easier. Kids in Motion offers four birthday party packages to choose from. The parties are action packed, electrifying and fast-paced. Safety is our first concern, so the kids will be fully supervised at all times and asked to follow the gym rules. That way we promise to have them leaving with raised heart rates and BIG smiles. We recommend holding parties for children aged 3 and over for our pre-school parties and 5 and over for our Friday evening parties. Children need to be able to join the party independently of parents and no siblings are permitted on the equipment during our parties. Parents are invited into the gym to take photographs but we ask that shoes are removed. We aim to make your day as EASY as possible the moment you and your guests walk through our door.

Catering

If you choose a catered party (Easy Street or Just Like Paradise), each child will be given an individual party box which will contain:
-Homemade sausage roll
-Savoury mini muffin
-Choc-chip cookie
-Fruit cone
-Bottle of water
-Serviette

There is also a cupcake tower and candles provided, so after the kids belt out their personal rendition of everyone’s favourite birthday song, each child will leave with a delicious cupcake.

Adult catering platters are also available to order when you make your online birthday party booking.

What are people saying about our Kids in Motion Birthday Parties?

I wanted to thank you, David and the fantastic team at Kids in Motion for making India and Riley’s 8th Birthday party such a terrific success. Our girls have declared it to be “the best party ever”, as have their friends who came along. They were kept entertained and challenged from the moment they arrived, and were encouraged to have a go at everything. The party packs, cup cakes and gift boxes were also very well received by all the girls (and not one complaint about no lollies!). Kids in Motion has had a tremendous impact on both India and Riley, and we love seeing how it influences and impacts them in so many different ways. I would appreciate it if you could pass on our sincere thanks to the rest of your team.

Yesterday’s party was a great success, Chloe and Poppy and all their guests had a great time. There was lots of chatter about it at school this morning and all the kids were saying “I want to have my party at Kids in Motion.” Thank you to David, Erin and Tim for all their energy and enthusiasm.

The party was fantastic – the kids loved it!! Had great fun 🙂 The instructors were great. I didn’t have to do anything 🙂 It was truly fabulous! Thanks very much for helping to organise it. I will highly recommend it to people. I wanted to do it myself 🙂
